Deals for more than S$4.5 million worth of property were signed at the Thailand Property Show which took place in Singapore last weekend – produced by DDproperty.com and PropertyGuru.
The property exhibition at Orchard Hotel attracted more than 370 visitors who were keen to learn more about property buying and investment opportunities in the Land of Smiles.
A total of 19 deals were done at the show for properties in Bangkok and Hua Hin, and many more are expected to be concluded in the coming weeks from the numerous leads obtained from the event.
Visitors were also able to learn about finance opportunities from UOB, who were offering loans of up to 70 percent subject to conditions and properties meeting eligibility criteria.
Singaporean interest in Thailand property has been increasing over the past 12 months, and this was evident by the strong levels of interest at the educational seminars which formed part of the show.
