Hong Kong buyers will get the chance to see some of Phuket’s most prestigious properties at an event this weekend.

Laguna Property, Phuket’s largest developer of high quality resort residences, will debut its new Laguna Shores affordable holiday apartments at Hong Kong’s Investment Property Showcase, an event being organised by real estate agency Savills.

The new development of stylish serviced one- and two-bedroom holiday apartments, set in the heart of the renowned Laguna Phuket destination resort with lagoon and sea views, also gives owners access to a range of the popular resort’s renowned lifestyle benefits.

Laguna Shores heads a portfolio of award-winning Laguna Property developments on display at the Investment Property Showcase, including its Banyan Tree Residences in Bangkok and Phuket and Dusit Thani Pool Villas in Phuket.

Targeted at a new upwardly mobile, travel savvy generation, with prices starting at THB 3.7 million, and since its launch in December 2012, Laguna Shores has attracted strong interest from both Thai and international buyers, including Hong Kong residents drawn to the unique holiday home ambience.

Construction of Laguna Shores is scheduled to begin in the second half of 2013, once all regulatory approvals are in place, with completion of the development expected in mid-2015.

Laguna Property has sold nearly 800 properties to date, with numerous phases of developments sell-out successes. Its other branded luxury properties available include Banyan Tree Residences, Dusit Thani Pool Villas, and Laguna Village.

The event takes place at Mandarin Oriental Hong Kong, 5 Connaught Road, on Saturday, March 9 and Sunday, March 10, between 11am and 7pm.
