ERA aims for provincial boost

10 Jul 2013

Real estate agency ERA is aiming to boost the number of provincial franchises outside Bangkok over the next three years.

President Voradet Sivatachanon is targeting 70 master franchisees in the kingdom, adding that the provincial expansion and acquisition of new project marketing will help to further boost revenue.

Last week the company signed deals for master franchise agreements in Ayutthaya, Chonburi, Nakhon Ratchasima, Phuket and Chiang Mai. It aims to sign deals for Lopburi, Phetchaburi, Prachuap Khiri Khan, Khon Kaen and Trang by the end of this year.

The company is aiming for THB10 billion revenue this year.

The ERA franchise network in Asia Pacific which includes Thailand, and which is owned by Singapore-based Hersing Corporation, is currently up for sale with a reported US$150 million price tag.
