15 Jul 2013

Major Development Estate Co, under the management of Petrada Poolvorlaks, has recently unveiled its latest brand ‘Maestro” – a low-rise condominium project in prime location, classic with a modern twist design and exclusivity at what the developer describes as affordable prices.

The first project under the new brand – Maestro 39 – will be located in Sukhumvit 39, targeting mid-high market and expats, especially Japanese people in Thailand since the location is known as Little Tokyo.

The project is worth THB600 millio, and will be offering 90 units at an average price of THB110,000 baht per sqm. Pre-sale will start on July 17.

Petrada Poolvorlaks, Executive Director of Major Development Co, revealed that the company wants to expand its client base and has therefore started doing research to determine the needs of middle to upper class consumers regarding their home choice.

It found strong demand for homes in city centre, where transportation is convenient and surrounded with facilities, to provide a better quality of life. Location is the number one factor for this group of consumers.

Major Development tried to find the perfect spot for a project that could cater to this target group and found a “little gem” in Sukhumvit 39, where a low-rise condominium project has been developed under the new brand “maestro” to serve the middle- and upper-class consumers, including expat executives.

Maestro 39  is a low-rise condominium at eight-stories high, offering 90 units with two levels of underground parking. interior styles comes in two choices – Mino (Japanese-style ) and Milazzo (Italian-style ). The units are divided into three types – one-bedroom, two-bedroom and three-bedroom (with or without maid room), with spaces ranging from 30 sqm up to 122 sqm.

“From our research, we found that Sukhumvit 39 is a popular area for the Japanese who work in Thailand, so much that it has earned the nickname Little Tokyo. Therefore, in terms of interior design, our units have bath tub and our project is pet friendly.” said Petrada.

She added: “Maestro 39 is one of the few projects located in the golden zone of Sukhumvit. Transportation is convenient but the atmosphere is still peaceful and not too crowded. In this zone, there are numerous community malls, shops, restaurants, hospitals, schools and other facilities.

“Sukhumvit is also conveniently linked to other areas, and with Prompong BTS station being so near, Maestro 39 is a luxury project at an affordable price. It offers great quality and value for money, making it a not-to-be-missed project especially for investor. I am sure it will be very well-received by the market.”

Pre-sale of Maestro 39 starts on Wednesday, July 17.
