Koh Samui’s Beach Republic The Residences has made it to a prestigious list of Asia’s Best Resort Residences.
The list of 15 properties has been complied by Property Report Asia magazine, which has based its choice on factors including location, design, investment potential, onsite facilities and services for residents.
Since first opening in 2010, Beach Republic The Residences has established itself as one of Koh Samui’s most sought after destinations. The development, on the north of the island, has recently introduced sole ownership options which offer 6.25 percent guaranteed returns along with 21 days’ complimentary use every year for life.
