27 Jan 2014

Thailand property developer Nusasiri recently held the topping-off
ceremony for its Up Ekamai condominium development in the Ekamai area of
Bangkok.

Last month the project held its first overseas exhibition in Singapore and attracted interest from buyers there.

Visanu Thepcharoen, Chief Executive Cfficer of Nusasiri, revealed that the construction of the THB1.2 billion Up Ekamai
development has now reached 38th floor. Started in late October,
construction now stands at more than 55 percent and is on track for
completion in Q2 of this year.

Once finished the development will
feature 259 units made up of one-, two-, and three-bedroom units ranging
in size from 35 sqm upwards to 121 sqm.

Prices start from THB3.7
million, an average of THB96,000 per sqm. Current sales levels,
according to the company, are now over 40 percent.
