Bangkok condos up for auction

1 Oct 2014

Ten units at a Bangkok condominium will come under the hammer later this month with no minimum bid and no reserve price.

The auction for ten of the 150 condominiums at the mixed-use 19-storey Park Ploenchit development (pictured) on Sukhumvit Soi 1 will take place at the sales office on Sunday, October 19.

The project is being marketed by Infinite Real Estate with Harrison acting as the sole sales agent. Units have been selling on the open market for just short of the THB100,000 per sqm mark.
