Fragrant Property Rein Circle Sukhumvit

Fragrant Property will start pre-sales for its latest development – Circle Rein Sukhumvit 12 – on Saturday, October 18, with an event at Sheraton Grande Sukhumvit Hotel between 9am and 3pm.

Kittiphun Ouiyamaphan, Chief Senior Vice President of Business Development, revealed that Fragrant has turned the residential needs of modern customers into a reality with its latest project, developed with inspiration from the Bauhaus School of Design.

The project’s design focuses on simplicity, encompassing open space and natural light, which helps save energy. The versatility of functions inside each unit allows residents full adjustability to meet their lifestyle.

He said: “I have seen interior design in Europe where furniture is not defined by its purpose but allowed to serve various functions depending on the circumstances. I have mixed this concept with our principle of environmental friendliness and developed the Circle Rein Sukhumvit 12.

“To emphasise our product as a quality project, we have chosen to use multifunctional furniture components from Europe to achieve our goals in terms of design and quality.”

The Circle Rein Sukhumvit 12 is an eight-storey condominium comprising 122 units. Four types of units are available: one-bedroom transferred unit, one-bedroom units, two-bedroom units and three-bedroom units, with floor spaces ranging from 30 sqm up to 155.37 sqm.

For presales, the company is spending THB15 million on Internet and print media, and organising promotional events. After presales, the company will be focusing on the same media outlets; however, advertising will be in periods in line with the promotion for each month. A higher budget is slated to be spent when the project’s construction is nearly complete.
