Surin beach in Phuket will have another property following recent the presales launch event of the Aristo Condominium, the second project of Rinthara Development Co.
The 155-unit condominium project will be located 650 meters from Bangtao beach and will offer sea views for units on the 5th and 6th floors.
Facilities on the rooftop will also include a fitness center, activity room and swimming pool that will provide 360 degrees of ocean and mountain views.
Nathaphop Vongvorakarn, Managing Director of the project, said: “Though there is high competition among condo developers in Phuket, we are confident that this project will sell very well.
“Our previous project nearby, 6th Avenue Surin Condominium, is almost sold out. Our target is not only local people but also foreigners who want to live on the island,” he added.
Construction of the Surin development will commence in May 2015 with an expected completion date in late 2016.
