More than 90 percent of the 122 units at Fragrant Property’s Bangkok latest development – Circle Rein Sukhumvit 12 – were snapped up on the first day of pre-sales last Saturday.

According to industry sources the foreign quota at the development was sold within just a few hours.

A spokesperson for the developer told DDproperty.com: “”The Fragrant Property pre-sales show for Circle Rein Sukhumvit 12 achieved a one-day sales performance of 90 percent for the project. “Under the concept of ‘eco-living’, the development will raise the quality of living for residents with its independent and flexible design.”

Circle Rein Sukhumvit 12 is an eight-storey condominium comprising 122 units. Four types of units were available prior to pre-sales: one-bedroom transferred unit, one-bedroom units, two-bedroom units and three-bedroom units, with floor spaces ranging from 30 sqm up to 155.37 sqm.
