Looking to Phuket's property future

21 Oct 2014

The Phuket Real Estate Association (PREA) will hold its third public real estate seminar next Wednesday (October 29) on the topic of “The Phuket real estate situation – looking to the future”.

Montawee Hongyok, Vice President, said; “The PREA is the centre for all property investors in Phuket to contact, and we see an opportunity for this seminar to provide information for anyone who is interested in investing here.”

Among the heavy hitters due to speak at the seminar, which will be held at the Merlin Hotel in Phuket Town will be Uthai Uthaisangsuk (pictured), Senior Executive Vice President Business Development and Project Development of Sansiri, and Supalak Ampuch, Vice Chairperson of The Mall Group, which recently announced plans to build a megamall called Blue Pearl in Phuket.

Patanan Pisutwimol, Secretary of PREA, explained: “The current trend in Phuket is for people to buy condominiums rather than houses. Phuket people have a lot of money in their pockets but they are careful about how they spend it.

“This seminar will offer them information about upcoming projects in Phuket for their consideration. We expect this seminar will help increase the number of buyers.”

There will be seating for up to 250 people and entry is free.

To reserve a seat call the PREA at 093 996 7080 or 087 382 3838 and then confirm by email to prea.news@gmail.com
