TCC Land

Leading shopping mall developer TCC Land recently announced it is undertaking three new retail projects in Bangkok.

Launched from mid-2014 to the end of 2015, they include phase two of ASIATIQUE, Center Point Siam Square and the revamp of Gateway Ekamai.

With a budget of 2.15 billion baht, the group is moving forward with a new concept termed “Lifestyle Shopping”, which aims to fill the market void.

The projects are expected to be well-received, with the same level of success as the large open-air mall ASIATIQUE.

Led by Mr. Napat Charoenkul along with a team of executives, TCC Land has achieved positive results in Thailand over the past few years.
