Luxury Portfolio International, the luxury marketing division of Leading Real Estate Companies of the World, has responded to increasing interest in luxury real estate from Asia by opening a corporate office in Singapore.
The office will serve the company’s existing network of members in Hong Kong, mainland China, Singapore, Japan, India and New Zealand, and also act as a base for its expansion plans for emerging countries such as Philippines, Indonesia, Malaysia and Thailand.
“Our members have embraced our efforts to reach Asian consumers and strive for a better understanding of their cultural preferences, as they recognize the potential impact on their businesses,” said Stephanie Pfeffer-Anton, Executive Vice President of Luxury Portfolio.
“While China alone has over a million millionaires, the influence extends to virtually all price points and markets – and not only those in major metropolitan areas. It is exciting to be proactive and deliberate in our approach to capturing more of this activity.”
Luxury Portfolio is a network of 200 premium real estate agencies with properties in 47 U.S. states and 30 countries. The network’s listings have a total value of more than US$44 billion, with an average price over US$2.6 million.
