Garden City Tower aims for Global Top

Global Top Group, a developer of premium condominiums in Pattaya, has introduced City Garden Tower, a new condominium project in Central Pattaya, and will offer full service property management to support buy-to-let investment buyers that are seen by the company as key drivers in attracting Thai, European and Chinese customers.

To set itself apart from the competition, the project offers customers the opportunity to customise unit layouts by simplifying the process of combining units as required. The project aims to target Thais, as well as expats, with a special focus on increasing demand from Chinese and Singaporean consumers. Prices start at THB1.69 million and more than 35 percent of bookings have already been completed during the pre-sale period, according to the company.

The development is located on Soi 3 and consists of a single high-rise tower building of 29 storeys. Available room types include the studio apartment of 24 sqm, one-bedroom types of 35 sqm (which can be adjusted up to 44 sqm), and a two-bedroom type of 70 sqm (which can be adjusted up to 79 sqm).

Prices for fully furnished studio units start at THB1.69million Baht. It will start construction in 2015 and is expected to be completed by 2018.
