My Resort Bangkok sells in Singapore

24 Sep 2014

Singapore property buyers and investors will be offered the last 24 choice units at a Bangkok development in the city-state this weekend.

Real estate agency SQFT Global Properties will be showcasing the fully-furnished, completed My Resort Bangkok project, a 382-unit development where a 7 percent guaranteed rental return for two years will be offered as part of the package. All units will be priced at THB99,999 per sqm.

The project is located 200 metres from Phetchaburi MRT and 450 metres from the Makkasan Airport Link station. A further stop in either direction is Rama 9 and Asoke, while Suvarnabhumi Airport can be reached in 20 minutes.

A spokesperson for the agency confirmed: “There is high demand for condos in this area. Developers are facing difficulties finding freehold land at reasonable prices in commonly-known areas of Bangkok such as Silom, Sathorn and Suhkumvit .

“A recent survey showed these developers are now turning to the Ratchada, Rama 9 and Asoke areas for the construction of residential and commercial buildings, in turn boosting condominium prices in this area.”

The Singapore exhibition for My Resort Bangkok takes place on Saturday, September 27, and Sunday, September 28, at the Raffles City Convention Centre, Level Four Minto Room.

PropertyGuru will be hosting its latest Thailand Property Show in Singapore on November 1 and November 2, at Orchard Hotel. A series of unbiased, educational and informative seminars will also be part of the event.
