Bangkok overseas property exhibitions

Property buyers and investors in Singapore and Kuala Lumpur will get the opportunity to view details of two Bangkok properties during separate property exhibitions this weekend.

Singapore real estate firm SQFT Global Properties will be exhibiting the completed Elio-Del-Ray (pictured) development, created by Stock Exchange of Thailand-listed Ananda Developments.

The development was completed in November of last year and its location on Sukhumvit Soi 64 and 600 metres from the BTS sky train network at Udomsuk station, makes it a popular choice for Thais and expats alike.

Dave Loo, Managing Director of SQFT Global Properties, told DDproperty.com: “Personally, I believe that this is a very affordable price range for anyone buying into a resort-style condo with full facilities in Sukhumvit. The upcoming Bangkok Mall also makes this area very promising.”

The same real estate firm will also be exhibiting a Bangkok project in Kuala Lumpur this weekend – highlighting the growing popularity of overseas property investments in the Land of Smiles with overseas property investors.

The Park 24 development is within walking distance from the BTS sky train network at Phrom Phong station, and is equally close to both the Emporium shopping centre, Emquartier, Bhiraj Tower and upcoming Emporium III.

Building E of the development is being globally launched in Malaysia this weekend ahead of anywhere else, giving local buyers and investors the pick of the best units.

The project is due for completion in 2018.
