Baltic House Liverpool

More Thais are looking overseas for their next property purchase, and one overseas property investment opportunity in the iconic British city of Liverpool will be out to tempt Thai and expatriate buyers and investors in Bangkok this weekend.

Singapore-based real estate firm Trillion, in association with its Thai partner thepropertya.com will be showcasing Baltic House, a brand new student residence located in heart of Liverpool’s up-and-coming Baltic Triangle. The area is home to some of Liverpool’s most creative businesses, including game developers, digital agencies, app developers and artists.

Baltic House features 311 units, comprised of studio apartments, three-bedroom clusters and three-bedroom duplex clusters spread over 10 storeys. All units are fully-furnished and come with en-suite facilities.

The development is situated on the fringe of the city centre approximately ten minutes’ walk from the University of Liverpool and Liverpool John Moores University, and five minutes’ walk from LIPA.

The combination of cultural attractions and proximity to the universities and city centre make the location an ideal area for student living.

Baltic house is also offering 9 percent assured rental returns per annum for two- years. Prices start from £49,950.

A spokesperson for Trillion told DDproperty.com: “We find that the Thai investors are becoming more savvy in investing in other major U.K. cities, and Liverpool is generally well-known in Thailand, no doubt thanks to Liverpool Football Club.

“Given Baltic House’s central location in Liverpool and the attractive entry price, we feel that this project will appeal to seasoned and new investors who are looking to buy outside London.”

The Bangkok property exhibition featuring Liverpool’s Baltic House takes place on Saturday, January 24, and Sunday, January 25, from 11am onwards at Centara Grand @ Central World Level 22.
