Raimon Land officially began construction and launched sales for a new up-scale housing project in Bangkok’s Yen Akat area. The company also announced that its new Lofts Asoke development will launch in November as the company looks to close the year strongly.

Mews Yen Akat will consist of nine exclusive homes, eight being semi-detached and one being stand alone, set in the Yen Akat neighborhood. The company expects the development to be completed in late 2016 and prices start at THB 75 million.

“We have seen a marked increase in demand for large-size, high-end inner city residences, suited for bigger households,” Johnson Tan, Chief Executive Officer and Board Director of Raimon Land PLC said at a press event. “Mews Yen Akat is the first property in Raimon Land’s Limited Edition series, providing an enormous sense of space combined with outstanding materials and design.”

The homes are designed for modern families and are four and a half storeys. Each floor can be reached using a private lift and features include an indoor/outdoor dining area and a private saltwater swimming pool. Raimon Land noted that it has already received a few bookings and expects more to come during the construction phase. The entire project should be finished by the end of 2016 with the first home being completed by the middle of next year.

Ramion Land’s other project, Lofts Asoke is currently being designed, and the company is looking to launch the project next month. This will be the second development under the Lofts’ brand with the first, Lofts Ekkamai, currently under construction. The design is inspired by the industrial loft concept made popular in New York City.

“Both Mews Yen Akat and The Lofts Asoke feature Raimon Land’s signature innovative design combined with sound long-term investment fundamentals,” Tan added. “We will ensure that each owner enjoys high quality standards, an outstanding inner city location, and functionality to match their lifestyle, both now and for generations to come.”
