Singha Estate Public Company launched The ESSE Asoke, the first luxury condominium under its brand on Wednesday. According to the company, the high-rise development will offer residents convenience as well as a livable habit that features tranquil green spaces. The project is being designed under the concept, “Live Life Simply”.
The ESSE Asoke will be 55-floors which would make it the highest in Asoke area when completed, according to Nattavuth Mathayomchan, director and chief residential development officer of Singha Estate Public Company. He added that there will be 419 units and the project’s value is THB4.5 billion.
An emphasis on residents’ privacy is a notable feature at the condo. There will be a special, single corridor design that allows for 12 units per floor. The ESSE Asoke also features more than one rai of common green space that includes a courtyard at the front of the building.
“The ESSE Asoke is our pride, our selective living space filled with both practical and aesthetic worthiness. We aim to offer an all-purpose living idea to residents, including convenient transportation and full-option facilities. Above all, we want the residents to enjoy the splendor of life. Not just being in a condominium but to feel like home where every detail creates true happiness,” Nattavuth said in a press release. “We have many distinctive aspects such as a three-meter high ceiling to make things feel spacious, a parking area with specific lots for supercars and superbikes and a storage area for golf equipment.”
Other facilities will include a sky pool with panoramic views, fitness center and golf simulator. Residents will also receive a privilege card that offers them special opportunities to enjoy Singha Estate and Singha Corporation services and products. Nattavuth added that The ESSE Asoke is situated in a prime location near the CBD as well as the Sukhumvit and Rachadapisek areas and is close to public transportation links.
