On Nut BTS stations took the crown as the most-searched destination by users of DDproperty.com using its innovative ‘search by station’ function during January 2015.
BTS stations occupied the top three positions, with On Nut being responsible for almost one in ten of searches by people looking to make a more informed property decision – whether buying, selling or renting in the capital.
Last year’s overall ‘winner’, the MRT station at Rama 9, could only make it to fourth place but was still the most-searched MRT station.
Eight of the top ten most-searched station searched last month were skytrain BTS stations, with Sutthisan in sixth place being the only other MRT station to make the top ten.

The data from Thailand’s number one property website also revealed that the Thonburi side of Bangkok remains a less popular option for property seekers, despite the huge number of property developments springing up along the Silom BTS line to Bang Wa.
Wong Wang Yai BTS station was the first to appear in the rankings last month in 13th place with less than 3 percent of searches made by users of DDproperty.com’s ‘search by station’ feature.
Airport Link stations featured well down the list last month, largely due to the lack of significant and large property projects being developed close to those stations.
