A SPACE at Asoke-Rachada (pictured), a Bangkok condominium developed by Areeya and completed in 2013, was the most-viewed project in DDproperty.com’s extensive bilingual Condo Directory during January 2015.
The DDproperty.com Condo Directory provides an authoritative and comprehensive resource for property buyers, sellers and those looking to rent, with a vast library of important information and images from more than 3,000 developments throughout Thailand.
Currently there are listings for more than 30 units at the popular central Bangkok project for sale.
LPN’s Lumpini Park mega riverside project, completed in 2012 and boasting more than 2,000 units, was the second most-viewed development in the DDproperty.com Condo Directory last month.
As of mid-February there were 26 listings for units for sale at Lumpini Park, and 30 listings for units for rent.
The third most-viewed development in the DDproperty.com Condo Directory last month was Ananda Development’s Ideo Mobi Rama 9 project.
Completed last year, the project has 705-units in its 28-storeys. Currently there are more than 40 listings for units for sale, and a similar number of units for rent at the property.
DDproperty.com’s Condo Directory lists key details and images of more than 3,000 condominium developments in Bangkok, nearby provinces and popular locations throughout Thailand.
