Property developer Raimon Land has appointed Andrew Jordan (pictured) as its new Vice President of Construction.

In his new role, Jordan is responsible for overseeing the development and direction of construction operations for all of the company’s projects.

With a career spanning more than 30 years, Jordan’s global resume includes extensive experience in development, project management, planning, design, and construction of hotels (including The Russian Embassy Heritage Building, W Bangkok, W Koh Samui and various properties in Europe & Africa) and other commercial, institutional, and residential buildings.

He has also been involved with multi-disciplinary transportation and civil engineering projects for both private and public sector clients, coupled with demonstrated client liaison, marketing, and administrative skills in countries such as Canada, the United Kingdom, Bulgaria, Turkey, the United Arab Emirates, and Thailand.

“Andrew brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the table,” said Johnson Tan, Chief Exevutive Officer and Board Director of Raimon Land.

“He has proven management capabilities, plus a strong record of success on multimillion dollar projects in both the public and private sectors.

“Andrew will be an important part of the dynamic project pipeline Raimon Land will commence over the next few years.”
