Traditionally known as a developer of condominiums, Noble Development is branching out with a new development of detached houses, Noble Gable Watcharapol.
The concept aims to provide more space for residents, both inside and out. The site is close to both the Ramindra Expressway and Outer Ring Road.
Prices start at THB6.9 million.

Noble Gable Watcharaphol is a 49-rai site comprising 266 units with a total project value of approximately THB2.2 billion. Sizes rise from 157 sqm for a 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom property, while facilities include a clubhouse with panoramic views, a saline swimming pool and fitness gym.
