Sixth Element Pattaya New Project

There was strong interest from Pattaya property buyers and investors alike at last weekend’s pre-sale launch of Fragrant Group’s luxury beach front development – Sixth Element Na Jomtien – which took place In Bangkok.

The project, according to the developer, is an eco-innovative development located at Na Jomtien Soi 8 and 10, in the new development area of Pattaya that offers Na Jomtien beach, a serene beach and surroundings unlike any other Pattaya beach.

Chief Executive Officer of Fragrant Group, James Duan, said that to ensure the quality of living of the project, Sixth Element Na Jomtien will be managed by the Evason Group, a hotel chain under the Six Senses Hotels Resorts Spas. The Hotel and Wellness facilities of Sixth Element Na Jomtien will be managed by Evason for the best quality of experience that every family member can enjoy.

Units at last weekend’s event were priced from THB4.39 million.

Sixth Element Na Jomtien is a freehold, mixed-use development with retail outlets, a high-end hotel and eco-innovative luxury condominium on a 30-rai plot of land. The project will be designed by a team including A49 Group, Colin K Okashimo and Associates and PIA (Interior Design). Residential units start from 37 sqm and increase to206 sqm in size.
