Thailand Property Awards

Time is running out to enter the 10th annual Thailand Property Awards, widely regarded as the ‘Oscars’ of Thailand’s property and real estate industry.

Hundreds of entries have already been made for one of the 24 categories in this year’s awards, and with entries set to close on May 15 organisers Ensign Media has issued a final call for what will be a 10th historic awards event later in the year.

Terry Blackburn, CEO of Ensign Media, said: “The enormous success of the Thailand Property Awards over the past decade is a testament to the highest standards established by the award-winning developments and companies that have participated since 2006. The Awards continue to set the benchmark of quality and credibility by which the region’s best real estate is measured.”

The Thailand Property Awards have gained a reputation for being free, fair and transparent, and have grown to become Thailand’s biggest real estate event. The awards will showcase the finest developments in the Kingdom from Bangkok, Chiang Mai, Pattaya, Phuket, Hua Hin, Khao Yai, Phang Nga, Krabi and Samui.

The judging process will be the most comprehensive and detailed of any real estate awards in the world. Successful entries – nominated by the public and industry peers – will be assessed by the independent panel of highly experienced judges who shall conduct thorough site inspections of all short-listed properties before the final decisions are made, with the entire process overseen by BDO, ones of the world’s largest and most respected accountancy and audited firms.

“We have clearly demonstrated over the years that it is worthwhile putting an extra effort into our entry and judging processes, as that leads to highly credible winners and public recognition that the shortlisted properties truly do represent the best of the best,” said Blackburn.

“The awards are free to enter and decided by a truly independent panel, which ensures only the best of the best are recognised and rewarded.”
