Phitsanulok project by Sansiri

Bangkok-based property developer Sansiri has launched its first residential town house project in Phitsanulok.

Town Avenue Song-Kwae boasts 178 units and is located close to Central Plaza Phitsanulok. The project is scheduled to open in the third quarter of this year, with prices starting from THB2.99 million.

In a statement, the developer said: “Sansiri has in place a master plan to develop residential properties of various kinds to cater to the demands of all target customer groups upcountry, all under the ‘Today, Tomorrow and Forever’ business strategy.

“We strive to make sure that we contribute to raising the standards of living and stimulating their economy everywhere we go. And in the near future, the ‘Sansiri Social Change’ campaign will also be launched in Phitsanulok with an aim to foster developments in sports skills, healthcare and education of children in the province.

“Phitsanulok is located 368 kilometres from Bangkok and right at the ‘Indochina Intersection’, an important crossroads at the heart of ASEAN’s region-wide transportation network.

“When the ASEAN Economic Community (AEC) is in full swing, Phitsanulok will undoubtedly become a key strategic area in terms of regional logistics and its well-paved roads as wide as 8 to 12 lanes are ready to accommodate the city’s exponential growth.

“Investments are anticipated to flow into this key city. Major shopping malls and real estate projects will soon follow to accommodate expected economic growth. We are confident of Phitsanulok’s growth potential and we hope that our presence in this great city will be warmly welcomed,” the company concluded.

Town Avenue Song-Kwae is on a 17-rai land plot. The 178 units are divided into 95 two-storey units and 83 three-storey units. Land areas range from 22 to 47 sq wah, and utility space from 148 to 202 sqm.
