CrossTo continues its expansion with the pre-launch of the X2 Vibe Phuket Bangtao which took place last week. This 84-unit residence will be located in heart of Phuket and is the latest project from what is become one of Thailand’s most well-known resort brands. The property is set to open sometime in 2017.
“We are so excited to see this project come together. The brand has gathered so much trust in the market and has become very well respected among investors and consumers,” Anthony McDonald, CEO and founder of the CrossTo brand, said in a press release.
Residences at X2 Vibe Bangtao will start at THB2.77 million. Each unit will include a full furniture package and a guaranteed seven percent rental yield for three years which the company believes will make it an attractive proposition for investors. The eight-story property has a range of spacious one- and two-bedroom units that will come equipped with custom-made furniture, high ceilings, and spacious private balconies ideal.
A number of common area facilities will also be available at X2 Vibe Bangtao. These include a rooftop swimming pool and sundeck, a second swimming pool located in a garden setting, a fitness center and the signature 4K restaurant which will feature a menu comprised of Thai fusion and Western dishes.
X2 Vibe is a spinoff of the X2 five-star luxury brand. Both brands follow the motto of “luxury by design”. According to the company, X2 Vibe focuses on a fresh, fun and more lighthearted approach to Phuket life. The resort’s location is at the entrance of Laguna and will be within walking distance of Bangtao beach.
The property will be situated next to the Dusit Thani Laguna, Banyan Tree Phuket and the Angsana Resort & Spa in one of Phuket’s most high profile areas. Phuket International Airport is a 25-minute drive away from the property while nearby shopping options include Boat Avenue and Villa Market.
