Magnolia Quality Development Corporation (MQDC), one of Thailand’s leading property developers, revealed plans to develop the Whizdom 101 mixed-used project on Sukhumvit Soi 101. The company announced in a press release that the massive project will cost a total of THB30 billion to complete and will include a number of unique features.

“Whizdom 101 will be Thailand’s first fully integrated digital community, where offices, residences, retail and lifestyle facilities and common areas will all be on a common digital platform, making the development a seamlessly connected digital town. The entire area will have the fastest wifi connectivity provided free and give everyone in the community total freedom in the digital world,” a spokesperson for MQDC said.

The project takes inspiration from the famed Silicon Valley in California and will be one of Thailand’s pioneering developments that delivers an entire neighborhood to residents at a high-quality standard. The homes, offices, retail facilities and other buildings on the site will all feature this high level of design and engineering.

Wizdom 101 is scheduled to be completed in 2018 and will offer 340,000 sqm. of space. The project will have large retail and office spaces as well as a sports and wellness club and condominium units. Once finished, the project will be one of the largest developments on Sukhumvit Road.

Top international experts in space planning, architectural design, landscaping and many other specialized aspects of property development have been consulted to make Whizdom 101 stand out. MQDC is aiming to attract buyers throughout the ASEAN Economic Community who are looking for a world-class facility in Bangkok.

The first worldwide launch of units of Whizdom 101 is scheduled for Bangkok and Singapore this weekend. Both Whizdom Connect Sukhumvit and the latest project in the Whizdom 101 development, Whizdom Essence Sukhumvit, will have select units for sale.
