Magnolia Quality Development Corporation (MQDC) is looking to conclude sales at its two major projects, Whizdom Avenue Ratchada-Ladprao and Whizdom Station Ratchada-Thapra, and have launched a massive final push with a little help from Calvin Klein. The developer believes both projects will be sold out by the end of July.

“The unique strength of Whizdom Avenue Ratchada-Ladprao lies within its location that is only a few steps from the Ladprao MRT station. Being launched in 2015, its sales has already surpassed 75 percent,” Thanomsak Kaeokhiao, deputy chief operating officer, MQDC, explained in a press release.

And in order to sell out the remaining 25 percent, the developer is calling in Calvin Klein for an assist. Whizdom Avenue Rathchada-Ladprao is now offering a campaign called “Fully Furnished by Calvin Klein”. Those who purchase a unit during the promotion will also receive Calvin Klein designed furniture. Pieces include a dining room set, a bedroom set and a sofa and the developer believes buyers looking for a little style will be intrigued by the package. The condominium is located near the Ladprao Road/Ratchada Road intersection and should be completed in August of 2017.

Whizdom Station Ratchada-Thapra is using a more traditional technique to entice buyers. Discounts of up to THB300,000 are available on select units. The condominium is a short walk from Talat Phlu BTS station and situated across from The Mall Thapra. The project will be 37-stories tall and have a total of 690 units plus retail space.

“Whizdom Station Ratchada-Thapra is designed to reflect the location’s value, offering a garden home atmosphere and facilities that can serve urbanists’ lifestyles and needs,” Thanomsak stated. “It was launched in early 2016, and its sales has now reached over 90 percent. A total of 98 percent of customers are Thai, two percent are foreigners. This confirms that the market of quality property developments with unique strengths crafted for target customers is still going well.”
