Vietnam-Property-Awards 2016

The second annual Vietnam Property Awards Gala Dinner was a night full of suspense with more than 400 people attending this year’s event. The best and brightest in Vietnam real estate were honored and arguably the biggest highlight was the Best Developer Award going to Nam Long Investment Corporation.

Nam Long is known for its affordable Ehome brand as well as its Nam Long Home line for villas and townhouses. It is one of the first Vietnamese developers to attract overseas investors and development partners, the VPA panel of judges revealed.

In addition to winning best developer, Nam Long also earned the Special Recognition in CSR award for creating long-term benefits for local Vietnamese communities via fundraising, sustainable urban planning campaigns and construction of schools.

Acteam International, a company under Centurion Global Group Singapore, also had a night to remember winning five awards along with two Highly Commended honors, for the The Dàlat at 1200 Country Club and Private Estate condominiums and villas located in Highlands Vietnam.

Deutsches Haus Ho Chi Minh Stadt by Deutsches Haus Ho Chi Minh Stadt Ltd was another big winner sweeping the Best Commercial, Best Green and Best Office Developments categories. Three-time winner The Hamptons Ho Tram by Tanzanite International dominated the hotel categories while The Nassim by SonKim Land & HongKong Land won the Best Condo Development (Vietnam) award.

It was also a special occasion for CapitaLand CEO Chen Lian Pang who was voted the Real Estate Personality of the Year by the editors of Property Report magazine.

“This is a remarkable achievement not only for myself but also for CapitaLand Vietnam, and reflects our commitment to providing the highest quality products to homebuyers,” Chen proclaimed. “I will use it as inspiration and affirmation to keep working hard and to keep continuing my dedication to real estate industry in Vietnam going forward.”
