Ananda revealed it will launch six new condominium projects, including three with its Japanese partner Mitsui Fudosan, between now and the end of the year. The condos are worth a total of THB16 billion and will be situated near BTS and MRT stations in line with the company’s strategy of being the leader in this category.
The joint venture between Ananda and Mitsui Fudosan has already produced nine condo projects worth a total of THB45 billion and the next three will be valued at THB12 billion. All of the projects are situated near Bangkok’s mass transit lines. According to Chanond Ruangkritya, chief executive officer and president of Ananda, these latest projects will allow the developer to continue its goal of being the top of the field in mass transit projects.
IDEO Sukhumvit 93
The two companies are teaming up to build IDEO Mobi Asoke, IDEO Sukhumvit 93 and IDEO MOBI Sukhumvit 66. The Asoke development will stand 36-stories high and have a total of 507 units. IDEO Sukhumvit 93 has the highest value at THB6.07 billion and will feature 1,332 units. The Sukhumvit 66 condo is a 28-story project.

IDEO Mobi Sukhumvit 66
The other three projects to be launched by Ananda this year are IDEO Phaholyothin Chatuchak, a 37-story high condo with 400 units; Venio Sukhumvit 10, an eight-story project with 162 units; and Unio Nida – Seri Thai, another eight-story condo.
