After 7 years of development, Sansiri has announced that 98 Wireless, a super-luxury condominium in Bangkok’s CBD, will be open to prospective buyers for the very 1st time. There are only 77 units available and the project has a value of THB 8.7 billion.

Located next to the residence of the United States Ambassador to Thailand on Wireless Road, 98 Wireless is in one of Bangkok’s most exclusive locations. Units at the development offer views of green spaces and is within walking distance to shopping centres, five-star hotels and a new holistic medical centre.

Sansiri is allowing potential buyers to see the fully completed property before making a purchase decision. This exclusive preview will let those interested in owning a unit explore the various features the property has to offer in person and is the 1st time Sansiri has given the general public a chance to tour 98 Wireless. Those wishing to see the condo in person will need to make an appointment with the developer.

Nearly 50 per cent of the units at 98 Wireless have already been sold as the project generated interest due to its exclusive features and in-demand location. The penthouses as well as the super penthouse, which is located on the top 2 floors of the project, were among the first units to be bought.

The developer will be looking to target both Thai and foreign buyers and will be rolling out a number of activities targeted to both groups. Sansiri expects 80 per cent of buyers at 98 Wireless to be Thai and the remaining 20 per cent of buyers to be foreigners, which is in line with the company’s 2017 business development plan for expansion into international markets. The price of units per sq. metre is THB 580,000, which is an attractive price point among international customers from places such as Hong Kong or Singapore despite being among the highest in Thailand.
