New Mixed-Use Office Campus Opens In Sukhumvit-Bang Na

Bhiraj Buri Group launched its Summer Lasalle project recently hoping to create a vibrant and energetic working community that also helps meet the growing demand for office space in Bangkok. It is the 1st mixed-use office campus project in the Sukhumvit-Bang Na area.

The office market in the Sukhumvit-Bang Na area has seen an increase in demand with companies now looking to place offices outside of the city centre. There is solid infrastructure in the Sukhumvit-Bang Na region, which makes it easy for workers to commute to this area. Free bicycles to ride within the campus and shuttle buses to the nearest BTS stations will be provided by the developer for those working here.

“The growing market in the Sukhumvit-Bang Na, Lasalle and Bearing area and the penetration of the Green and Yellow BTS line helps drive the demand for office space. The area holds great potential and many business opportunities in the near future. I started Summer Lasalle to cater to modern lifestyles that prioritize the quality of life. The low-rise modern design works for MNCs and small-medium businesses and offers them the flexibility to create their dream offices,” says Pitiphatr Buri, Managing Director of Bhiraj Management Co., Ltd, in a press release.

Summer Lasalle will have 3 distinct areas: office campus, community mall, and a hotel. A parking garage with space for over 1,400 cars will also be located in the project. One of the key features of the development is its use of public green spaces. Over 40 per cent of the space at the project has been utilised for landscaping.

“I also strongly believe that no other project will provide as much green space as Summer Lasalle and one of our priorities is to provide tenants with a space where people can enjoy where they work and also be able to lead a healthy lifestyle, both mentally and physically,” says Pitiphatr.
