World’s 1st Cassia Residences Launched In Phuket

The world’s 1st Cassia Residences were launched by the Banyan Tree Group in Phuket as part of the Cassia Phuket Development, reports local media. The new residential development is near the shore of Bang Tao Beach on Phuket’s west coast. The developer claims the project will offer both the convenience of a resort lifestyle and the comforts of a modern home.

Units at the Cassia Residences Phuket are available to buyers on a freehold basis and are located in the Laguna Phuket integrated resort. It will be the only condo project at the resort and will have a total of 193 units. The development will feature low-rise buildings which will be situated around a tropical lagoon.

There are 3 unit types available at development: 1-bedroom, 2-bedroom, and 3-bedroom. Each one is designed to meet the needs of the modern homeowner and has a lounge and dining areas that flow together to create a single, open-plan integrated space. There is also a rooftop pool at Cassia Residences Phuket that is exclusive to the residents living there.

The Laguna Phuket resort that the development is located in is over 1,000 acres and has a number of facilities including an 18-hole golf course, several spas, watersport facilities, a shopping centre, and more than 30 bars and restaurants. The resort can be reached in 25 minutes by car from Phuket International Airport. It is also near several notable Phuket destinations.

The launch of the 3rd phase of the Cassia Phuket Development comes almost a year after the launch of the project’s 2nd phase, the Cassia Phuket apartments. That development featured a number of 2-bedroom apartments and is also located around the lagoon. Those who purchased a unit at Cassia Phuket apartments were also given membership to Banyan Tree’s Sanctuary Club, which provides members with discounts and privileges at the group’s 43 resorts and hotels worldwide.
