Sansiri Has Big Ambitions For This Year

Sansiri is set to launch 16 new projects valued at more than THB 39 billion during the 2nd half of the year after recording strong 1st half sales, according to a company press release. In addition to this, there are plans to launch a prop tech entity sometime in 2017 in order to create innovation that provides better living to residents.

“Our business performance for the first half of 2017 is strong with total sales of over THB15 billion, representing 20 per cent growth over the same period last year, and equal to 42 per cent of sales target set for the entire year. International markets, which are our key focus, also achieved target, with sales of THB 3.7 billion, or 46 per cent of the 2017 sales target. For the 2nd half, we plan to launch 16 new projects worth THB 39.2 billion, as well as introduce a range of fascinating innovations for better living. We are confident of achieving sales target of THB 36 billion by year end,” says Apichart Chutrakul, Chief Executive Officer, Sansiri Public Company Limited, in a press release.

The developer also plans to launch a corporate transformation that will focus on 4 areas: financial, project development, marketing, and technology. Sansiri’s goal is to become a real estate developer that has technology capability in all aspects of business and living experiences.

“Business highlight in the 2nd half is major corporate transformation with focus on 4 areas, together with appointment of high caliber management team, with aim to expedite the pace toward becoming a leading developer with unrivalled technology capability,” says Apichart.

Plans are also in place to keep developing condos under the HAUS brand which features resort-inspired housing with the incorporation of elements from nature. A total of 2 HAUS projects have already been completed and these were well-received by buyers, according to Sansiri.
