Quarter 39

Nye Estate’s Quarter 39 residential project is looking to bring a new concept, urban villa-style development, to Thailand. The luxury project features a design that offers extended families a comfortable living space. The development is now over 80 per cent reserved since presales began, according to CBRE.

“This is a great success for Nye Estate and confirms our position as a leading luxury residential developer in Thailand. It follows other recent successes including our Parc Priva new urban living development in Rama 9 – Ratchadaphisek and KRAAM Sukhumvit 26, our super home like condo in Sukhumvit 26,” says Sutee Limpanachaipornkul, President of Nye Estate, in a press release.

The development is under the company’s “Quarter Collection” brand. Quarter Thonglor, 8 luxury single-detached houses with a total value of THB 630 million, which sold as soon as they were launched, and urban villa projects Quarter 39 and Quarter 31 make up the collection. The Quarter 39 project is valued at THB 695 million.

Quarter 39 is located on Soi Sukhumvit 39 and will have 15 courtyard villas that offer privacy and exclusivity. Designed as an urban villa-style development, private underground parking, a private lift, and wheelchair and stroller access are among the modern amenities available to residents. The project is considered to be a horizontal residential development and is located as part of a gated community. Unit prices at the project begin at THB 46.9 million and rise from there.

“Urban Villa is a new residential trend for city folk who want more than the limitations of living in condo space but also want the convenience of living in the heart of the city. Thus, Nye Estate developed this residential concept for. The Urban Villa concept was originally developed in Singapore and Hong Kong where residential development space is at a premium,” says Sutee.
