Sales of more than S$200 million were recorded by Knight Frank’s Residential Team during their recent exhibition of 15 Sukhumvit Residences Bangkok last month.
The fair provided an excellent opportunity for project owner, VSSL Enterprise Co., Ltd, to generate awarenes and showcase its luxury project, 15 Sukhumvit Residences condominium, located in the heart of Bangkok.
Frank Khan, Director, Head of Residential, Knight Frank Chartered (Thailand) Ltd., and the sole marketing and sales agency for 15 Sukhumvit Residences, said that the project earned about THB 20million in sales during the two-days of the fair. He said there was much interest generated for high-end residential property among Singaporean investors looking to acquire real estate in Thailand, due to the sector’s attractive rental yields and capital gain. At the same time, it appears that Singaporeans are comfortable with the political situation in Thailand, reflecting greater investor confidence.
Khan also said that this fair was an important event on Knight Frank Thailand’s calendar every year, thanks to its overwhelming number of visitors. The company is thus planning to introduce more leading Thai developers to Singapore and other countries, such as Hong Kong.
He added: “This attests to Knight Frank’s strong global network – a key strength of the company. We believe that the fair was a great way to interact with potential customers, many of whom could become buyers in the future.”
Knight Frank Thailand also enjoyed success for its clients as a participant in the DDProperty Showcase – the first ever multi-developer event – which took place in Singapore just weeks earlier.
