Pattaya-based property developer Tulip Group has announced 620 sales valued at more than THB 4.8 billion baht for 2012.
The company has four branded residences under construction; Centara Grand Residence Pattaya, Waterfront Suites & Residences, Centara Avenue Residence & Suites and Golden Tulip Hotel & Residence.
Chief Executive Officer Kobi Elbaz said: “2012 has been a very satisfying year for us, with the launch of Centara Grand Residence and Golden Tulip Hotel and Residence, our results I feel show our strength in Pattaya, and the confidence that the market has in our products.”
The developer confirmed that Centara Avenue was 95 percent sold, Waterfront 70 percent sold, Centara Grand 50 percent sold and the recently-launched Golden Tulip Residence running at 35% sales in its first two months since launching for sales.
“Waterfront is an amazing property, in my opinion it will achieve iconic status,” said Elbaz. “This is due the stunning design but also the location next to the “Pattaya” sign at Bali Hai. It will be the most photographed building in Pattaya.”
