Winsome Co., Ltd, the developer of the new Summer Garden condominium on Chaengwattana Road in Bangkok, have signed a construction contract with contractors Siamchercon Co., Ltd. and Thanya Building Co., Ltd.
Summer Garden is being developed under the ‘Serene Garden Living’ concept, and according to the developer will focus on expansive green areas, creating the comfort and feel of a home with every convenience.
The project is located close to a planned MRT station, expressways, the Central Chaengwattana shopping mall, two hospitals and many schools, nearby. It is expected to complete in 2014.
Interest in the project has already exceeded expectations, according to a statement from the developer. Sales for phases one, two and three are almost closed while phase four has been launched as a response to customer demand.
