Property developer Sansiri has reported selling all 546 units at its latest project within just 90 minutes.
The company has revealed how it has generated THB 960 million from sales at its dCondo Campus Resort project in the northern Thai city of Chiang Mai during just one and a half hours last Saturday morning.
Prices for units started at THB 1.75 million according to a statement from the company. Many buyers queued overnight to be first in line when sales opened.
The listed developer has been focusing more of its developments outside Bangkok in recent months, and this was its first development in Chiang Mai. The company has already seen similarly stunning levels of sales at its new developments on the island of Phuket.
