Plans have been revealed for a new shopping complex in Chatuckak.
The THB2 billion Town Square project is being constructed by Dhanasansombut Development Group. It will cover 50,000 sqm and be home to more than 1,000 units.
Varinthon Patorsutkanok, Vice President, said Town Square project is developed with a concept of ‘Everyday Shopping @ The Heart of Chatuchak’ with the aim of being a leading one-stop retail and wholesale centre in the heart of Chatuchak in Bangkok.
She added that more than 200,000 people per day visit the world famous weekend market, and another 300,000 households are located within a five kilometre radius of the development.
Pasit Apitanotai (Chang Wun Ping), President of Dhanasansombut Development, said he is confident that the project will be an alternative shopping mall for Thai and foreign customers, as well as a new choice for large and individual entrepreneurs who want to expand.
Bookings for units will start from February 23.
