Bangkok-based property developer Sansiri Development is building a new premium housing estate in Phuket aimed at local and overseas property buyers, reported The Phuket Insider.
Burasiri Koh Kaew, which costs THB1 billion, offers single detached houses priced between THB5.9 million and THB10 million. The entry level unit has three bedrooms and three bathrooms, with two layouts available namely 149 sq m and 178 sq m.
The project’s features include swimming pools, a clubhouse, a fitness center and green area. In addition, the project is located near a British International School.
Despite the growing demand from foreign buyers, prices continue to fall across the island. However, prices of the high-end units are competitive compared to its inland counterparts.
