Universal Group to launch 2nd project in Pattaya

5 Apr 2013

After recently laying the cornerstone for its THB3 billion Seven Seas condo project, Universal Group announced that its second project in Pattaya, the Savanna Sands condominium, is expected to be launched by the end of 2013.

Inspired by Africa’s vast open prairies, the 12-acre resort-style project at Soi Wat Bun in Jomtien will comprise three 26-storey buildings with 1,500 fully furnished units, reported The Pattaya Mail.

Units consist of studio apartments and one- to two-bedroom units and penthouses, with prices ranging from THB1.3 million to THB16 million. Studios have a built-up area of 26 sq, one-bedders at 35 sq m and two-bedders with 56 sq m. The sizes for penthouse units are yet to be revealed.

Apart from condo units, Savanna Sands will also have a seven-storey hotel with 150 rooms, offering resort-style services and facilities.

Meanwhile, monks performed a blessing ritual for the Seven Seas Condo Resort in Jomtien last month, as the company laid the headstone for the its first project in Pattaya.

Notably, the Seven Seas project has created a buzz in the market due to its unique features. They include the main building’s shopping arcade and a spectacular double-height lobby, while the Mystery Island comes with a gym and clubhouse.

However, its most striking amenity is an island lagoon that features exotic locations from around the globe, including Hawaii, Bahamas, Madagascar and Easter Island.

Units at the Seven Seas Condo Resort are priced from THB999,000.
