New developments have rejuvenated the Nai Thon beach, helping the area to shed its quiet and empty image.
Among these latest developments is The Naithon, a 300-unit, six building condominium complex by property developer Phanason. Construction for the project is currently underway and will likely take two years to complete.
Pricing points were initially at THB1.9 million, but have been increased to THB2.3 million as of beginning of the month.
While Nai Thon is now enjoying a development boom, public infrastructure still lags behind, reported The Pukhet Insider. Notably, the lack of infrastructure has forced sun loungers and tourists to walk on the road increasing traffic hazards.
