A luxurious, four-bedroom villa at Natai Beach in southern Phang Nga province has been sold for a whopping US$24 million (THB697.39 million) to an unnamed Russian buyer.
Named ‘Beyond Villa’, the ocean-facing property was formerly owned by California Fitness founder Eric Levine, and was originally listed for 27.5 million (THB799.11 million).
Measuring 6,500sq m, the posh home lies on a 10-rai beachfront site. It was designed by Hong Kong architect Branko Pahor, featuring glass, steel and granite furnishings.
Amenities include a 24-seat cinema, golf course, meditation room, spa and a “hidden” kitchen, and a private swimming pool and home gym with over 80 pieces of equipment for its master bedroom.
