Latest condo launches in the market

A slew of new condominium developments are offered in the market, including Gaysorn Property’s 75 percent sold MODE Sukhumvit 61 development.
With a target completion in June, the luxury condo offers units priced from THB5.6 million. The condo boasts new furniture collections designed by MOTIF and DM Home.
Another condo project is Charn Issara Development’s Issi Condo Suksawat 17 comprised of 892 units ranging from studios, one- and two- bedrooms with 21 to 55 sq m of usable space. The units are priced from THB1.23 million.
Meanwhile, Asian Property Development’s Asipre Rattanathibet 2 project, offers a total of 1,428 units, of which the most affordable costs THB1.48 million. The condo is sited on a nine-rai land, and is scheduled for completion in October 2015.
Also in the market is Bangkok Sathorn condo which offers 568 units with sizes ranging from one to two-bedrooms and duplexes. One-bedroom units offer usable space of 59 to 67sq m; two-bedrooms at 106 to 152sq m and duplexes at 98 to 117sq m. Developed by Land & Houses Plc, the units are sold for as low as THB10.19 million.
