By Andrew Batt:

The Alps, a luxury property development in Chiang Mai, celebrates the opening of its show flat this week.

The project is being marketed as Thailand’s first integrated residential development and being built by Singapore developer Summit Global Developments.

The project features a seven-storey condo with 55 units, 24 SoHo units in another seven-storey block and 30 units of cluster terrace housing.

When news of the project was announced media reported that close to 50 units were sold in a matter of weeks.

Pricing for the units started at the THB5 million mark when sales started in September 2012.
