By Andrew Batt:

More than THB300 million worth of assets will come under the hammer later this month at a property auction in Pattaya.

The newly-established company – Pattaya Property Auctions – is headed by experienced auctioneer John Collingbourne and Paul Strachan, a media industry veteran.

The auction, which takes place on June 16 at the Holiday Inn Pattaya, will include more than 50 villas, condominium and land lots.

Properties currently listed for the event range from a 30 sqm investment condo to a seven-bed villa sitting on a 800 sqm plot of land.
