Raimon Land has launched its much-anticipated new freehold condominium project, The Lofts Ekkamai.
Singaporean Johnson Tan, the new Chief Executive Officer, explained the project will target a new generation of potential homeowners looking for a combination of style, comfort and convenience in the Ekkamai-Sukhumvit area.
The 28-storey development will feature studios, one-, two-, three-bedroom and duplex units. The project was designed by world renowned Hans Brouwer of HB Design, the name behind other Raimon Land projects including The River and 185 Rajadamri.
The Lofts Ekkamai will feature the company’s distinctive lines and trademark attention to detail. Interiors have been designed by Infine Design, and will boast bright and airy spaces due to the generous ceiling height and use of glass.
The projects has already been attracting interest from overseas buyers with at least one Singaporean investor signing up for one unit in the pre-launch period.
The Lofts Ekkamai showroom and sales centre will be open daily from 9:30 am until 6:30 pm daily from Saturday, June 8.
Don’t miss DDproperty.com’s exclusive interview with Johnson Tan, the new CEO of Raimon Land, which will be published on Friday, June 14.
