Foreign buyers and investors are firmly in the sights of one of Thailand’s listed real estate developers.

SC Asset Corporation has revealed plans for a property roadshow in Beijing, China, during August with the aim of expanding its overseas customer base.

Chief Operating Officer Kree Dejchai told reporters: “We saw the demand from overseas to buy homes in Thailand when we sold 20 per cent of our condominium project The Crest at Sukhumvit Soi 24.”

Many of those sales came from Singapore where the company launched sales of The Crest Sukhumvit 24 one week ahead of sales to buyers in Bangkok.

The Beijing property exhibition will feature Centric Sea Pattaya and Centric Ratchada-Huay Khwang (pictured), and the company is forecasting sales of THB400 million from the event.
